determined that said exchange of properties is in the best interestsof
the City of Miami;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA;
Section 1, That the City Manager be and he is hereby
tuthorited to transfer by Quit Claim heed the foliating parcel of
real property belonging to the City of Miami legally described as
A portion of the SW 1/4 of the Ng 1/4 of Section 15 Township
548 Range 41E, bade County, Florida, being more particularly
described as follows
Begin at the NW corner Lot 11 Block E Biscayne Park Terrace
Subdivision as recorded in Plat. Book 2 at Page 56 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, thence run N 000 12'00"B
along the northerly extension of the west line of said Lot 11
to its intersection with the southerly right -of -tray line at
South Dixie Highway, thence tun 70° 12' 14"W along said
southerly right of way line of South Dixie 1iighway to its
intersection with the northerly extensionof the west line of
Lot 12 of said Block "E" Biscayne Park Terrace 2-36, thence run
N 89° 59'28"E along the north line of said Lot 12 to the point
of beginning containing 741.80 square feet more or less
Section 2. That the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized
to accept the Warranty Deed from Southeast Properties, Inc. in behalf
of the City of Miami conveying the parcel of real property legally
described as:
The East 17.5 feet of the West 37.5 feet, Less the
South 100 feet thereof, of Lot 18, in Block "E" of
BISCAYNE PARK TERRACE, according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 2, at. Page 36, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
