That a Sanitary sewer improvement identified as AVALON SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5453-S shall be made under the provisions of Section 56 of the Charter of The City of Miami, as amended, said IMPROVEMENT to consist of: Laying an 8 inch or larger Vitrified Clay and/or Iron Pipe Sanitary Sewer at or near the sideline of S.W. 37 Avenue from S.W. 26 Terrace to S.W. 26 Street S.W. 37 Avenue from S.W. 28 Street to S.W. 27 Street Laying six-inch (6") cast iron pipe laterals, as re- quired to the lots and parcels of land which abut upon the above- mentioned streets, including the lots and parcels of land described in Section 2 hereof; together with necessary manholes, other appur MEI tenances, pump stations, outfall, connections to existing sewers, relaying street pavement sidewalks, and curb and gutters where such relaying is made necessary by this improvement. Section 2. Special Assessments for a portion of the cost of said AVALON SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5453-S shall be levied upon all the lots and parcels of land which abut upon the abovementioned streets, including the following described lots and parcels of land, and such lots and parcels of land are hereby designated AVALON SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5453-S.
