WHEREAS, there exists a contr,,ct dated June 273 1978
between the City of Miami and P, ,M. Corporation; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed,
and P .I1, m+ Corporation has furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor and materials have been
paid in full in connection with the afrresaii contract; and
WHEREAS, the City Manacer and the Department of
Public Works recommend that the completed work be accepted
and final payment rnade to the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF 4IAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by P.N.M.
Corporation for the `;II..ID`:lOOT) COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PAVING
PROJECT PHASE III AND WYNDWOOD SANITARY SEWER I.ODIFICATIONS
PHASE III (BIDS B & C - DRAINAGE AND SANITARY) at a total
cost of v61,6511.61. is hereby approved.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami
are hereby authorized to pay $6,797.58 as full and final
payment for all work performed and all materials furnished in
connection with the WYNDWOOI) COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PAVING
PROJECT PHASE III AND WY!IDWOOD SANITARY SEWER R MODIFICATIONS
PHASE III (BIDS B & C DRAINAGE AND SANITARY).
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of December , 1978.

Commission Meeting)
P.N.M. Corporation has completed the project consisting
of constructing a Covered Ditch and French Drain drainage
system and modifications to existing sanitary sewers at
N,U, 31 and 32 Streets between N, W. 2-5 Avenues, The
original contract amount was for a75,095.31, but the
completed contract amount is p61,654,613 and it was com-
pleted on time,
It is now in order for the Commission to accept the
completed work and authorize final payment, after all
conditions are met:
