Code provides that the City Commission, by resolution, may extend the hours of sale for alcoholic beverages for consumption on or off licensed premises on special occasions, and WHEREAS, previous City Commissions have found it to be in the best interest of the City of Miami extended hours for alcoholic beverage sales during the Holiday Season; to allow NOW, THEREFORE, BE I.T RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The sale of alcoholic beverages by 1/ liquor package store, N.,C.0.P.. is hereby permitted on Sunday, December 24, 1978, and on Sunday, December 31, 1978, from 7:00 A.M. to 12:00 o'clock midnight.
