Christmas and New Year's eves this year fall on Sunday, The City of Miami
precludes the sale of alcoholic beverages by the package on Sundays, 1
believe the last time this Occurred the City Commission, by resolution,
pursuant to Chapter 3, Section 3=8 (6) allowed package sales on Sunday,
is the City Commission amenable to passing a similar resolution this
year? please note that Dade County has an apparent ordinance, 33=161 (m),.
which allows package stores to sell on Christmas and New Year's eves even
though such days fall on Sunday,
