In order to provide for more effectiVe consideration of the City's budgetary process by this Committee, it is necessary that the City ComIilission appoint a Chairman, as provided in Resolution 77=480. It would also be most helpful to appoint the tenth member to this Committee, It is possible that the Committee may wish to choose a tenth member and appoint that member as Chairman. However, this is not required, Therefore, two resolutions will be included on the December 14 Agenda for your consideration'. 1) Appointing a tenth member to this. Committee and 2) Appointing a Chairman.
