Since the agency was deniedfunding by the aforementioned sources, it would fail to have sufficient funds to continue operations as of January l Community Development has determinedthat this program provides an essential service to the residents of the Wynwood Neighborhood Strategy Area, and that discontinuation of such services would exert severe hardships on the residents of the area. It is requested that the City Commissioners be asked to approve this resolution on December 14, 1978, so that funding for this agency will not be interrupted. /rjf Enclosure 78 741 •
