SEVERABILITY PROVISION WHEAS, the Miami Planting Advisory Board, at its meeting of October 18, 1978, item No. 3, following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution No, FAB 51-78 by a 7 to 0 vote recommending a change of zoning classification as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it advisable in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant a change in zoning classification as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Ordinance No. 6871, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance for the City of Miami be, and the same is hereby amended by changing the zoning classification of Unplatted Land, being approximately 438 S.W. 17th Avenue, from C-4 (General Commercial) to R-4 (Medium Density Multiple), in conjunction with Dade County Department of Housing and Urban Development Project Dade 8-11, Housing for the Elderly; and by making the necessary changes in the zoning district map made a part of said Ordinance No, 6871 by reference and description in Article II3, Section 2 thereof.
