WITH THE LAND 1505T'ONING ••THE III iEDIAT CONSTRUCTION OF FULL WIDTH IMPROVEMENTS •UNTIL REQUIRED By THE DEPARTMENTy0F PUBLIC OHX.8 ., AND AUTHORIZING AND.DIRECTING THE CITY.MANAGER • AND-THECITY CLERI{-TO EXECUTE THE PLAT. WHEREAS, the City Zoning Board and the Department of Public Works have recommended the acceptance of the plat; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA Section 1. The Plat entitled "MELLO GROVE" i.s a subdivision of a portion of the S.W. 1/4 of the S.E. 1/4 of Section 16, Township 54 South, Range 41 East, City of Miami, Dade County, Florida, which by reference is made a part hereof as if fully in- corporated herein and the dedications as shown thereon together with all existing and future, planting, trees and shrubbery on said property, to the perpetual use of the public, are hereby accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami, Florida. Section 2 The Covenant To.,Run With The Land executed by Mello Development Corporation postponing the immediate construction of curb and gutter, additional sidewalk and full width pavement on Bird Avenue and on Virginia Street until such time as required by the Department of public Worksof the City of Miami is hereby accepted and the proper officials are directed to record said cove- nant after Plat has been retarded in the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
