AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 6871, THE COM-
PREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OP MIAMI,
EY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASS/FICATION OF LOT 18,
ELOCK 6, INGLEWOOD GARDENS (13-57), tEING 126428
ICE, 63RD STREET PROM R-3 (LOW DENSITY MULTIPLE) TO
R-4 (MEDIUM DENSITY MULTIPLE); AND EY MAKING THE
NECESSARY CHANGES IN THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP MADE
A PART OP SAID ORDINANCE NO, 6871 tY REFERENCE AND
DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE III, SECTION 2 THEREOF; BY
REPEALING ALL ORD/NANCES, CODE SECTIONS, OA PARTS
THEREOF IN CONFLICT; AND CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY
PROVISION.
WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning toard, at their meeting of July
17, 1978, Item #2(a), following at advertised hearing, adopted
Resolution No. ZB 140-78 by a 7-0 vote (1 member absent), recom-
mending denial of change of zoning classification, as herein-
after set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission, notwithstanding the recom-
mendation of denial by the Miami Zoning Board, and after careful
consideration and due deliberation of this matter, deems it ad-
visable and in the best interests of the City of Miami and its
inhabitants to amend said Ordinance, as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1, Ordinance No. 6871, the Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinance for the City of ?iami be, and the same is hereby
amended by changing the zoning classification of Lot 18, Block
6, INGLEWOOD GARDENS (13-57), being 126-128 N.E. 63rd Street,
from R-3 (Low Density Multiple) to R-4 (Medium Density Multiple);
and by making the necessary changes in the Zoning District Map
made a part of said Ordinance No, 6871 by eference and descrip-
tion in Article III, Section 2 thereof.
Section 2. That all laws or parts of laws in •conflict
herewith be, and the same are, hereby repealed insofar as they
are in conflict.
Section 3, Should any part or provision f this ordinance
