A RESOLUTION GRANTING A ONE YEAR EXTENSION
OP THE VARIANCE AS LISTED IN ORDINANCE NO,
6871, ARTICLE XI-2, SECTIONS 3(1)(b), 6AND
9(3), TO PERMIT AN ADDITION TO THE EXISTING
OFFICE BUILDING (BRICKED EXECUTIVE PLAZA) ON
LOTS 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 AND N 1/2 OF LOT 8, BLOCK
99S; BRICKELL ADDITION AMENDED (B-113) BEING.
1428 BRICKELL AVENUE, AS PER PLANS ON PILE,
WITH 25' FRONT YARD (30' REQUIRED), 25% LOT
COVERAGE (23.14% PERMITTED), AND 2,58' FRONT
SETBACK (10' REQUIRED), AND 0,67' SIDE AND REAR
SETBACKS (5' REQUIRED) FOR THE UNDERGROUND

CONJUNCTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PETITION FOR
DRIVE-IN TELLERS, ZONED R-CB (RESIDENTIAL
OFFICE), GRANTED BY ZONING BOARD RESOLUTION.
NO. ZB 151-78.
WHEREAS, ARTICLE XXXI of the Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinance No. 6871, permits an extension of a Variance by the
City Manager with q)proval by the City Commission, for a one year
period; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends a one year extension.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA; "DOCUMENT 2pDEX
Section 1. The request for a (!)It� f4er .ext-lion- n of the
Variance as listed in Ordinance No. 6871, ARTICLE XI-2, Sections
3(1)(b),'6 and 9(3), to permit an addition to the existing office
building (Brickell Executive Plaza) on Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and N 1/2
of Lot 8, Block 99S, BRICKELL ADDITION AMENDED 0-113) being 1428
Brickell Avenue, as per plans on file, with 25front yard
(30' required), 25% lot coverage (23.14% permitted), and 2.58'
front setback (10' required), and 0.67'side and rear setbacks
(5' required) for the underground parking structure; this application
in conjunction with Conditional Use Petition for drive-in tellers,
zoned R=CB (Residential Office), granted by Zoning Board Resolution
No. ZB 151-78, be and the same is hereby granted.
