WHEREAS, the City :11ana7er renorts that the $80,916 bid of P.N.M. Corporation is the lowest responsible bid and recommends that a Contract be awarded to said firm; and WHEREAS, the proposed amount of the Contract is to be allocated from the account entitled "tlth Year Federal Community Development Block Grant, Fund"; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAI'II, FLORTDA: Section 1. The February 1, 1979 bid of P.N.M. Corporation in the proposed amount of $80,916 for the nrojject entitled MIA"III DESIGN PLAZA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BEAUTIFICATION, namely:' Total Bid of the Proposal, is hereby acc ented t_kh stated therein.
