AT A " U' .r1r1T,, fe0TAL COST OF $26,270.00 FOR CENTRAL i ti ELINT-PARK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT; i • .- ;••- ND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF $2,829.50 V L LO W" WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated August 1, 1978 between the City of Miami and Anar Construction Corp; and WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed, and Anar Construction Corp. has furnished the required documents certifying that all bills for labor and materials have been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Department of Public Works recommend that the completed work be accepted and final payment made to the contractor; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The completed work performed by Anar Construction Corp. for CENTRAL MINI -PARK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT at a total cost of $2.6,270.00 is hereby approved. Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami are hereby authorized to pay $2,829.50 to Anar Construction Corp. as full and final payment for all work performed and all materials furnished in connection with CENTRAL MINI -PARK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT. Cather Director Department of Public Works February 8, 1979 CENTRAL MMIIJI-PART: COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT - Resolution for Final Payment (For February 22, 1979 Commission Meeting) B-2748 Anar Construction Corp. has completed the project consisting of the construction of a landscaped tot lot complete with an irrigation system and various types of playground equipment. The project is located on the exist side of North Miami Avenue between 14 and 15 Streets. The original contract amount was for $27,2400.00, but the completed contract amount is $26,270.00, and it was completed on time. It is now in order for the Commission to accept the completed work and authorize final payment, after all conditions are met.
