Cather Director artment of public Works ON February 9, 1979 B-4414 BUENA VISTA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PAVING PROJECT - BID "B" - DRAINAGE - Resolution for Final Payment (For Commission Meeting of February 22, 1979) Williams Paving Company has completed the project consisting* of constructing a covered ditch drainage system in an area bounded by N. W. 39-43 Streets between N. '. !. 2-5 Avenues in conjunction with a highway improvement r ro,j ect.The on inul contract amount was $187,623.D0, but the completed contract amount is $154,189.73, and it was completed on time. It is now in order for the Commission to accept the completed work and authorise final payment, after all conditions are met.
