A RESOLUTION CONDITIONALLY GRANTING PERMISSION TO
CONSTRUCT AND OPERATE RECREATIONAL FACILITIES PURSUANT
TO COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORI)1NANCE NO. 6871, ARTICLE
XVIII-1, PUBLIC PARK AND RECREATIONAL USE, PR DISTRICT
SECTION 4(1-3) ON SOUTH 61.6' OF NORTH 226.6' OF EAST
157' OF SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF NORTHEAST
1/4, SECTION 12-53-41, LESS THE EAST 15' THEREOF,
UNPLATTED, BEING APPROXIMATELY 183-185 N. E. 80TH
TERRACE PER PLAN ON FILE SUBJECT TO SAID AREA BEING
REZONED FROM C-2 COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL TO PR -PUBLIC
PARK AND RECREATIONAL USE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of
January 10, 1979, Item #3(b), following an advertised Hearing,
adopted Resolution No. PAB 5-79 by a 5 to 0 vote recommending that
permission be granted to construct and operate recreational
facilities pursuant to Ordinance No. 6871, as amended, the Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance for the City of Miami, as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission, after careful consideration and
due deliberation of this matter, deems it advisable and in the
best interests of the City of Miami, and its inhabitants to grant
permission as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE iNUCv

Section 1. Permission is hereby granted to' construct ruct atld
operate recreational facilities pursuant to Ordinance No. 6871,
ARTICLE XVIII-1, Section 4(1-3) on S. 61.6' of N. 226.6' of E. 157'
of SE 1/4 of SE 1/4 of NE 1/4, Section 12-53-41, less E. 15'
thereof, UNPLATTED, being approximately 183-185 N. E. 80th Terrace,
per plan on file subject to said areas being rezoned from C-2
(Community Commercial) to PR (Public Park and Recreational Use).
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8 day of MARCH , 1979.
