Knight Interna- tional Center, for further subsurface investigation at the site of the Center. It was the Construction Manager's recommendation to continue the investigation to determine feasibility of effecting cost savings in the foundation work, and I concurred. I also agreed it was to the best interest of the City to have followed through with the expert soils engineering inspection services of Langan Engineering Associates Inc. We therefore recommend the Commission's approval of said extension at a cost not to exceed $64,000.00 JJC/mm 1
