Corporation; and the work has been satisfactorily completed, and D. M.P . Corporaration has furnished the required documents certifying that all bills for labor and materials have been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Department of Public Works recommend that the completed work be accepted and final payment made to the contractor; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED I3Y THE COI II-`"�Ir( t rC. Corporation has completed the project consisting of constructin*, a sanitary sewage system using 8-inch and 10-inch sewer pipe, 6-inch house laterals, together with all necessary appurtenances in an area bounded by N. W. 40-46 Streets from N. W. 12-17 Avenues. The original contract amount is w618,5S0.50, but the completed contract amount is ,606,701.94, and it was completed on tire. It is now in order for the Comrission to accept the completed wori: and authorize final payment, after all conditions are met.
