the City

there exists
a contract dated March
24, 1978
of Miami and D.M.P. Corporation; and
the work has been satisfactorily completed,
and D. M.P . Corporaration has furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor and materials have been
paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Department of Public
Works recommend that the completed work be accepted and final
payment made to the contractor;

Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami
are hereby authorized to pay ;67,744.95 to D.M.P. Corporation
as full and final payment for all work performed and all
materials furnished in connection with MANOR SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-5437-C.

D.M.P. Corporation has completed the project consisting of
constructin*, a sanitary sewage system using 8-inch and
10-inch sewer pipe, 6-inch house laterals, together with
all necessary appurtenances in an area bounded by N. W.
40-46 Streets from N. W. 12-17 Avenues. The original
contract amount is w618,5S0.50, but the completed contract
amount is ,606,701.94, and it was completed on tire.
It is now in order for the Comrission to accept the
completed wori: and authorize final payment, after all
conditions are met.

Manor Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-5437-C
All interested persons will take notice that the construction
of sanitary sewer improvements in Manor Sanitary Sewer Improvement
District SR-5437-C have been completed, and that at a meeting of *the
City Commission of Miami, Florida, to be held in the City Commission
Meeting Room at City Hall, Dinner Key, Miami, Florida, at 2:30 o'clock
P.M. on March 22, 1979, their objections will be heard to the acceptance
of said improvements by the City Commission.
