Bond Funds" as set forth under Section E, Item 2, of said ordinance; and from the account entitled "Storm Sewer G.O. Bond Funds" as set forth under Section H, Item 9, of said ordinance; NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIA11I, FLORIDA: Section 1. The larch 22, 1979 bid of Williams Paving Company, Inc. In the proposed amount of . 571, L117. 61 for the project entitled S.W. 22 STREET HIGIHWAY IMPROVEMENT - PHASE III in the S.W. 22 S'1'RRE`l HIGHWAY IiIPR0VLIdi:NT DISTRICT - PRASE III for the total hid of the Proposal., based on unit prices, is hereby accepted at the price stated therein to cover the cost of said contract. CITY COMMISSION MEETING OF APR 1 9 19iy Section 2. The amount of $341,471.79 is hereby allo- cated from the account entitled "highway G.O. Bond Funds" to cover the cost of said contract. Section 3, The amount of $37,561.21 is hereby allo- cated from the aforesaid fund to partially cover the cost of project expense. Section 4. The amount of $6,829.00 is hereby allocated from the aforesaid fund to partially cover the cost of such incidental items as advertising, testing laboratories, and postage. Section 5. The amount of $229,945.82 is hereby allo- cated from the account entitled "Storm Sewerr•,.O.Bond Funds" to cover the cost of said contract. Section 6. The amount of $25,2.93.18 is hereby allocated from the aforesaid fund to partially cover the cost of project expense. Section 7. The amount of $4,599.00 is hereby allocated from the aforesaid fund to partially cover the cost of such incidental items as advertising, testing laboratories, and postage. Section 8. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a contract on behalf of The City of Miami with Williams Paving Company, Inc. for the S.W. 2?
