AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6871, AS AMENDED, THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF MIAMI, BY AMENDING ARTICLE IV, GENERAL PROVISIONS, SECTION 11.1,. PRIVATE ROADS, BY ADDING A NEW SUBSECTION (4-A) TO ALLOW A "T" TYPE TURNING AREA; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, CODE SECTIONS, OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT INSOFAR AS THEY ARE IN CONFLICT, AND CONTAINING A. SEVERABILITY PROVISION. WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory; Board, at its meeting of• January 10 1979, Item No. 1, following an advertised Hear g, adopted Re •lutionNo. "PAB 3-79 by a 5-0 vote; recommending an mendment"to the C•iprehensive Zoning Ordinance for the City of ami as hereina er set forth; and WHERE , the City Commission, after careful consideration and ue deliberat on of thismatter deems it advisable and,in the best interests of the City of Miami and itsinhabitantS to amend said Ordinance, as hereinafter set •orth; NOW, THEREFORE, B• IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF F ,/ MIAMI, FLORIDA: tt,. Ordinance IA. 6871, as amended, The Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance for the,City o Miami, is hereby amended by, adding a new subsection (4-A) /to Article , General Provisions, Section 11.1, Private.Roads, to read as follows.
