WHEREAS, the City Commission adopted Ordinance Na. 8716, on October 26, 1977, establishing resources and appropriations for the implementation of capital improvements in the City of Miami,:Florida, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1978; and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 8874, adopted November 9, 1978, is the City's Capital Improvement Appropriations Ordinance for fiscal year 1978-79; and WHEREAS, it was requested to begin preliminary design on the WEST TRAIL VIEW HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT project immediately; and WHEREAS, in order to finance the preliminary project expense for this project, new funds are needed from the 1970 Highway General Obligation Rond Fund at an estimated maximum cost of $10,000; and WHEREAS, an amount of $10,000 is available in the 1970 Highway General Obligation Bond Fund and can be appropriated for the: above mentioned purpose; and WHEREAS, bids were received on March 22, 1979 for S.W. 22 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT - PHASE III, and new funds are needed from the 1970 Storm Sewer General Obligation Bond Fund at an estimated maximum cost of $260,000; and t'1ERRA8, an a►Ourtt , o` 260;000 is available in the 1970 Storm Sewer 1.0.
