WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board, at its meeting of January 10, 1979, Item
#3(a), following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution No. PAB 4-75 by a 5
to 0 vote recommending changing the zoning classification as hereinafter set
forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission after careful consideration of this matter
deems it advisable and in the best interest of the general welfare of the City
of Miami and its inhabitants to grant a change of zoning classification as
hereinafter set forth;
NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 6871, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance for
the City of Miami be, and the same is hereby amended by changing the zoning
classification of property located approximately 183-185 N.E. 80th Terrace,
unplatted, being S. 61,6' of N. 226,6' of E, 157' of S,E. 1.4 of S.E. 1/ of N.E,
1/, Section 12-53-41, less E. 15' thereof, from C-2 (Community Commercial) to
PR (Public Park and Recreational Use), and by making the necessary changes in
the District Zoning Map.
Section 2. That all laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith be, and
the same are hereby repealed insofar as they are in conflict,
