Section 1. That Ordinance No. 6871, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance for the City of Miami be, and it is hereby, amended by applying Transit Station Interim Zoning Districts to certain areas surrounding transit station sites, subject to a one year limitation, shown.on the attached mapa, and by reference thereof trade a part of Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance No.' 6871 for the City of Miami as follows: 1) Douglas Road Station Area, generally bounded by South Dixie Highway, City limits (SW 38th Ave,' Orange Street, SW 39th Avenue), alley approximately 145' north .of Bird Road, SW 37th Court, rear lot line of properties abutting the north side of Bird Road, SW 37th Avenue, a line 107.6' north of and parallel to Bird Road, SW 36th Court, a line 169.7' north and parallel to Bird -Road-, SW 36th Avenue, a line 109.5' north :of and parallel to.
