WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its Meeting of December 20, 1978, Item No, 1(0$ following an Advertised hearing, adopted Resolution No. PAB 56-78 by a 6 to 0 vote (one member absent) recommending the application of a zoning classification as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the City Commission, after careful consideration and due deliberation of this matter, deems it advisable and in the best interests of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to apply a zoning classification as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF N1AMI, FLORIDA: Section 1, That Ordinance No, 6871, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance for the City of Miami be, and it is hereby, amended by applying ARTICLE XXI74,, COCONUT GROVE OVERLAY DISTRICT (SPD-2), to the area between S. Bayshore Drive and the alley located between S. Baysbore Drive and Micanopy Avenue from Alaska Street t� S, W. 17th Avenue and the area between S.
