The Provider agrees: A, Services to be Provided. To provide adult non work oriented developmental training (self -care, daily living skills r'training ,":community awareness fine and gross motor -development, human growth and development, recreation, pre -work readiness skills, functional academics, etc.) services to whomeet the eligibility requirements ofthe DHRS/RP Manner of Provision of Services. Reports are due within five working days after the end of the month. • • 2. That the DIIRS/RP shall not reimburse the Provider .for a cost greater than the cost for an ineligible client. This cost will be determined through an 'IRS audit. 3. The D1ifS/P.P shall have the right to determine what service -and eligible person shall. receive. 2. Provider shall be responsible for identifying recipients financially eligible for said services according to standards of ' eligibility furnished by the D1LRS/RP. 3 • The DIIRS/RP. shall not .reimburse the` Provider person served.:' `• If Provider has Knowledge of any circumstances. affecting the eligibility o,f any person authorized,'.Provider shall notify DHRS/RP ,as soon as possible. Developmental Training: Enrollment and Attendance Requirements.`` t • For the, purpose. of payment and program development, enrollmen is�';related, to.continuin attendance.'No_days of unexcused absence will be reimbursable.
