RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 352
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING; THE COMPLETED WORK
PERFORMED BY DOCK AND MARINE CONSTRUCTION,
INC. AND. MAX HENRY LARSON, INDIVIDUALLY,
AT A TOTAL COST O1 $101,456.12 FOR THE
DINNER KEY MARINA AND MIAMARINA - PILING
REPAIRS - 1978 (2ND BIDDING);.AND
AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF $10,145.61
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated November 17,
1978 between the City of. Miami and Dock and
Marine Construction,
Inc. and Max Henry Larson, individually; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed,
and Dock and Marine Construction, Inc and Max Henry Larson,
individually, have furnished the required documents certify-
ing that all bills for labor and materials have been paid in
full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Department of,
Public Works recommend that the completed work be accepted
and` final payment made to`"the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, 1.3E IT' RESOLVED BY THE COM 4 S
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:, ITEM NO. C�
Section 1. The completed work performed by Dock and
Marine Construction, Inc. and Max Henry Larson, individually,
f.or, DINNER KEY MARINA AND MIAMARINA - PILING REPAIRS 19.78
at a total cost of $101,456.12 is hereby approved.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami
are hereby authorized to Pay $10,145.61 to Dock and Marine
Construction, Inc. and Max Henry' Larson, individually,

MIAMARINA PILING REPAIRS 1978 (2ND BIDDING).

$102,127.50 but the completed contract amount is'$101,456.12,
and it was completed on' time.
It is now in order for the Commission to accept the com
pleted work and authorize final payment, after all condi-
tions are met.
