BID OFTHE PROPOSAL, FOR CENTRAL DRAINAGE PROJECT E-45; WITH MONIES THEREFOR ALLOCATED FROM THE "STORM SEWER G.O.BOND FUND"; WITH ADDITIONAL MONIES ALLOCATED FOR PROJECT AND INCIDENTAL EXPENSES FROM AFORESAID FUND; E AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO' EXECUTE A «C,S V1\ 1 CONTRACT WITH SAID FIRM J111 .., DOGU OLL'.° WHEREAS, sealed bids were received May"8, 1979 for DRAINAGE PROJECT E-45; and WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the $154,723. bid of Garcia Allen Construction Company, Inc. for the alternate base bid of the proposal is the lowest responsible bid and recommends that a contract be awarded to said firm, and WHEREAS, the Capital Improvements Appropriation: Ordinance No. 8716, as amended, was. adopted `on October 26, 1977`, and monies are available for the proposed amount of the contract, project expense, and incidentals, from the account entitled "Storm Sewer G.O. Bond Fund" as set forth under Section H, Item 1, of said ordinance; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF "DOCUMENT )Ji�EX THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: �> �� Section 1.
