Zoning of approx. 101-165 W. Flagler Street
from C-4 to GU. This Ordinance was passed on
First Reading on April 30, 1979. Introduced by
Commissioner Gordon, Seconded by Commissioner
Gibson.
2. SECOND READING - ORDINANCE
Application by Wheeler -Walker Inc., to Change
the Zoning of 1301 N.W. 27th Avenue from R-4 to
C-4. This Ordinance was passed on First Reading
on April 30, 1979. Introduced by Commissioner
LaCasa, Seconded by Commissioner Gordon.
3. SECOND READING - ORDINANCE - PLANNING DEPARTMENT
APPLICATION
Amend Ordinance 6871, ARTICLE IV, Section 11.1, .
PRIVATE ROADS, by adding a new sub -section (4-A)
to allow the substitution of a "T" type turning
area in place of a Cul-de-Sac at the end of a
private road, which is 100' or less in length.
This Ordinance was passed on First Reading on
April 30, 1979. Introduced by Commissioner
Plummer, Seconded by Commissioner LaCasa.
