WIIMAS the Miatni Planning Advisory Boardl-at its meeting of
January 10, 1979, Itet Nc 1, folloWing eh adVettised Hearing, adopted,
Resolution No, PAB 149 by a 5-0 vote; recommending an amendment to
the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance for the City of Miami as
hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission, after careful consideration and
due deliberation of thistiatter deems it advisable and in the best
interests of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to amend Said Ordinance,
as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION Or THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 6871, as amended, The Comprehensive:
Zoning Ordinance for the City of Miami, is hereby amended by adding
a new sUbsection (4-A) to Article IV, General Provisions, Section 11,1,
Private Roads, to read as follows:
(4-A) On Private Roads, one hundred (100) feet
or less in length from the Public
right-of-way to the end of the street, ,
4 "T" Type turning area may be substituted
for the required cul-de-sac,
Section 2. Al]. laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith be, and
the same are hereby repealed insofar as they are in conflict.
Section 3, Should any part or provision of this ordinance be
declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the same
shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a 00104
