Ordinance No. 6871, as amended, The Comprehensive: Zoning Ordinance for the City of Miami, is hereby amended by adding a new sUbsection (4-A) to Article IV, General Provisions, Section 11,1, Private Roads, to read as follows: (4-A) On Private Roads, one hundred (100) feet or less in length from the Public right-of-way to the end of the street, , 4 "T" Type turning area may be substituted for the required cul-de-sac, Section 2. Al]. laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed insofar as they are in conflict.
