concrete top slab on existing storm. sewer outfall,•located

and Biscayne"Bay. ""The original contract amount_,was for
$37,984 40, but the completed contract' amount is $36.,220.72,
and: it was `completed on -time.
It is now in order for the.Commiss"ion to accept the ,completed
work and authorize final payment, after all conditions are
met.
