WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated July 21, 1978
the City of Miami and T & N Construction Co., Inc.;
WHEREAS, thework has been satisfactorily completed,
and T & N Construction Co., Inc. has furnished the required
documents certifying that all bills for labor and materials
been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract;

WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Department of Public
Works recommend that the completed work be accepted and final
payment made to the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:;

T & N Construction Co, Inca has completedthe project consisting of constructing•
0.3 mile of streets including: rebuilding, removing existing surface and
resurfacing pavement, curbs and gutters, sidewalk, French drain drainage system,
landscaping and sanitary sewer modifications.' The projects are located on
N. W. 10 Street between N. W. 1-3 Avenues and on N. W. -lst Court between N. W.
10-11 Streets. The original contract amount was for $154,729.00, but the
completed contract amount is $150,237.15, and it was completed on time.
It is now in order for the Commission to accept the completed work and authorize_
final payment, after all conditions are rnet.
