Scope Construction,; Inc. and Insurance Company of North America have completed the project consisting of the con- struction of a park at the southwest corner. of N. W. 62 Street (MartinLuther King Boulevard) and N. W..14.Avenue. The construction includes a comfort station, administration building, an amphitheater,,playground equipment, and a basketball court. This was a lump sum contract in the amount of $427,651.00, but there was. an overrUfl of the contract amount for extra work authorized by the City Manager in the amount of $4,140.20, less liquidated damages. for87 days overrun of contract in the amount of $8,700.00.'.
