IMPROVEMENT SR-5461-S(sideline sewer) shall be made under the provisions of Section 56 of the Charter of' The City of Miami, as amended, said IMPROVEMENT to consist of : Laying an 8-inch or larger vitrified clay, iron` and/or polyvinyl chloride pipe sanitary sewer at or near the sideline of S.
