AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6871 THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF MIAMI, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LOT 4 BLOCK 5; KIRKLAND HEIGHTS (3-214) BEING J29 S.W. 36TH COURT FROM R-2 (TWO FAMIL,)'`TO C-4 (GENERAL COM- MERCIAL), AND BY MAKING THE NECESSARY CHANGES IN THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP MADE A PART OF THE SAID ORDINANCE NO. 6871 BY REFERENCE AND DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE III, SECTION 2 THEREOF; BY REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, CODE SECTIONS, OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT; AND CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY PROVISION. WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board at its meeting of 1979, Item No. "3,`following anadvertised, hearing, Resolution No. ZB 111-79 by a 5 to 2 vote recommending of zoning classification as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the City :Commission notwithstanding the re- commendation of denial by the Miami Zoninsâ–ş Board, and after care- ful consideration and due deliberation of this matter, deems advisable and in the best interest of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to amend said Ordinance as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI FLORIDA; (/ 6V3 Section 1 Ordinance ;'No.;6871, the" for the City of Miami be, change Ordinance and the same by changing the zoning classification of HEIGHTS' (3-214) , being 129 S. W. Lot 4, 36th Court fromR-2 adopted denial of Comprehensive Zoning is hereby amended Block 5, KIRKLAND (Two -Family) to C-4 (General Conunercial); and by making the necessary changes in the Zoning District Map made a part of said Ordinance No. 6871 by reference and description in Article III, Section 2, thereof.
