June '12,`1979: A joint meeting was held with the City Manager and.
staff at which all three Clubs were invited to attend. This joint
meeting; with the ::Clubs; was held for the purpose of establishing a
format and time table for pending negotiations.
July 3, 1.979: A negotiation session was held with the Coconut Grove
Sailing Club representatiVeS. At this meeting the Club represent-
atives were'`informed of the motion of the City Commission meeting
of June 24, 1979, which deals with the proposed Charter Amendment
No. 2 affecting leasing and contracting of the City's waterfront

July 5,"1979: A negotiation session was held with the Miami Yacht
Club Commodore representing his .-organization. At. this meeting the
Club representatives were informed of they. motion of the City
Commission meeting of June 25, 1979, which deals with the proposed
Charter Amendment No. 2 affecting leasing and contracting of the
City 's waterfront property.
In each case the Clubs indicated that after a review of the proposed
non resident differentialformulawith their membership, .they would
respond to the City in writing.
