Please place on the Agenda for the July 11, 1979 City Commission Meeting a resolution granting appropriate easements to the Miami - Dade Water and Sewer Authority for the inspection and maintenance of 8 and 12-inch watermainsinstalled across and under portions of New World Center - Bicentennial Park in the City of Miami. The 12-inch, water main,enters Bicentennial Park from Biscayne Blvd. north of N.E. 9th Street and terminates at the Miami -Dade Water. and Sewer AuthoritY Sewage Pumping Station in, the northeast corner of the park. The 8-inch-water main also. enters from Biscayne Blvd.,. and is located in the`southerly'.side of,the',park. Both easements are shown on MISC`17-NE-695,. drawing attached. Since these locations fall within land owned by the City of Miami, theAuthority has requested appropriate easements in order to properly maintain this project.
