WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed," and T & N Construction Co., Inc.`has furnished the required documents certifying that all bills for labor and materials have been paid in fullin connection with the aforesaid contract; and WHEREAS`, the City Manager and the Department'. of Public • Works recommend that the completed work be accepted and final payment made to the contractor; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION" OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The completed work performed by T & N Construction Co., Inc. for BUENA VISTA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PAVING PROJECT, (BID "A" - HIGHWAYS) at a total cost of $339,116.69 is hereby approved. Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami are hereby authorized to pay $30,682.50 to T & N Construction Co., Inc. :as full and final payment for all work performed and all materials furnished in connection with BUENA VISTA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PAVING PROJECT (BID "A" - HIGHWAYS).
