The Xennedy Poundation has allocated $1060 td the
City of Miami for a model project entitled "Let's
Play to Orow." We are one of ten (10) pilot sites
throughout the United States selected for this new
project.
These funds were allocated with the expectation that
the City would provide a cash match of $1.000. Mr.
John Baldwin. tants CoOrdinator, has approved a
$1.000 cash match for this project.
This project will be funded for one year with
expectations that it will be renewed during the next
fiscal year.
We plan to develop a model project which will provide
greater opportunities for handicapped individuals
and their families to participate together ih
meaningful leisure activities.
