SHOPPING CENTER, kEOUESTING FROM THE CITY COMMISSION
TO WAIVE AL RESTRICTIONS AND
OF THE REAR OPENING.
THAT THE TRAFFIC OPENING IS CAUSING NO PROBLEMS TO ANYONE
NO ACCIDENTS HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO CITY OF MIAMI POLICE OR METRO.
METRO BUSES ARE USING 26th AVENUE AS A COMMERCIAL THOROUGHFARE
ONLY TWO OBJECTORS HAVE BEEN OBJECTING THIS FACILITY DURING SIX YEARS.
BOTH OBJECTORS HAS DIFFERENT INTEREST OVER AND ON THE 26th AVENUE. MR.
WOOD WANTS TO PRESERVE HIS FRONT YARD AS A GARDEN WITHOUT PAYING TAXES,
AND MRS. KINCAID WANTS TO HAVE EGRESS FROM HERJROPERTY WITHOUT INTERFER-
ANCE. SHE LIVES IN THE WEST SID THE SIDE THAT IS PENALIZED -.REMEMBER
THAT THE RIGHT OF WAY IS 84 FEETWIDE, AND ONLY 17 FEET ARE PAVED ON THE
