BOND FUND"; WITH ADDITIONAL MONIES ALLOCATED FOR PROJECT AND INCIDENTAL. EXPENSES FROM AFORESAID FUND; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH SAID FIRM WHEREAS, sealed bids were received July 10, 1979 for WESTERN DRAINAGE. PROJECT E-46; and WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the $252,634.bid of Frisa Corporation for the base bid of the proposal " ro i s the lowest responsible bid and recommends that a contract be awarded to said firm; and WHEREAS, the Capital. Improvements Ordinance No, 8716, as amended, was adopted 1977, and monies are available for the proposed amount Appropriation October 26, the contract,; project expense, and incidentals, from the account entitled "Storm Sewer G.O.. Bond' Fund" as set forth under Section H, Item 1, of said ordinance; NOW, THEREFORE,: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION F. THE. CITY OF, MIAMI, 'FLORIDA: Section 1. The July 10, 1979 bid of Frisa Corporation in the proprosed amount of $252,634,for the project entitled WESTERN DRAINAGEYPROJECT E-46 for the base bid of the proposal, based on unit sum price, is hereby accepted at the price stated therein said contract. Bids were received July 10, 1979 for the construction of approximately 32 drainage structures in the area bounded• by N. W. 20 Street, W. 27 Avenue, S. W. 8 Street, and the westerly City limits. As reflected in the tabulation of bids, the $252,634 bid of Frisa Corporation is the lowest responsible bid for base bid of the proposal. Funds have been allocated under the "Storm Sewer G.O. Bond Fund" for the estimated amount of the contract, for project expense, and for such items as advertising, testing laboratories, postage.
