BOND FUND"; WITHADDITIONAL MONIES ALLOCATED FOR PROJECT AND INCIDENTAL EXPENSES FROM ��SUPPORTIVETOEXEC UTE FIRM THE CITY MANAGER DOCUMENTS FOLLOW WHEREAS, FIRE STATION -"NO WHEREAS sealed bids were received July 3, 1979 for. 9 (2ND BIDDING) ; and the City Manager reports that the $858,309 bid of BAMA Construction C plus additive bid and recommends that a contract Ordinance ..'for the base bidof the proposal alternate items 2 and 5 is the lowest responsible. be awarded to said firm; and WHEREAS, the Capital Improvements Appropriation No. 8716, as amended, was adopted on October 26, 1977, and monies are project expense available for the proposed amount of the contract, and incidentals, from the accountentitled Fighting, Fire Prevention, Fund" as set forth under Section "Fire and Rescue Facilities G.O. Bond B;, Item" 2 and Section Item 1,' of said ordinance; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MAIMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The July 3, 1979 bid of BAMA Construction Co. in the proposed amount of $858,309 for the project entitled base bid of " the STATION NO:`9 (2ND BIDDING) for the proposal plus additive alternate items 2 and 5, based on lump sum prices, is hereby accepted at the price cover the cost of said contract.
