A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED,
WORK OF P.N.M. CORPORATION AT A TOTAL
COST OF $290,011.05 FOR THE ALLAPATTAH
N. W. 23 STREETCOMMUNITY° DEVELOPMENT
PAVING PROJECT PHASE I;(2ND BIDDING);
AND AUTHORIZING A 'FINAL PAYMENT OFUSUPPORTIVE

WHEREAS there
Corporation; and
1979 between the City, of Miami and P.N.M.
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed,
Nand P.N.M., Corporation has furnished. the required documents
certifying that all bill s;for labor 1 and materials have been
paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract;
and
WHEREAS, the City Manager, a the Department
Public Works recommerid that the completed work be accepted
and final payment made to the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
F THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by P.N.M.
Corporation for ALLAPATTAH N. W. 23 STREET COMMUNITY
DEVE
LOPMENT PAVING PROJECT - PHASE I (2ND BIDDING),at
total cost of $290,0.11.05 is hereby approved.
Section 2 The proper officials of the City
of Miami
are hereby authorized to pay $35,660.16 to P.N.N. Corporation
as full and final PaYment forall work performed and all
materials furnished

The Department of Public Works recommends
the adoption of the resolution accepting
the completed work and authorizinga final
payment of $35,660.16.to P.N.M. Corporation
for ALLAPATTAH N. W 23 STREET COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT PAVING PROJECT - PHASE I (2ND BIDDING).
P.N.M. Corporation has completed the project consisting
of the construction of one-half mile of, new street within
the existing right of way. Construction includes new.
asohaltic pavement,concrete curb and/or gutter, drainage,
and landscaping, all on N. W. 23 Street between N..W 22.,
and 27 Avenues. The original contract amount was. for
$294,996.79,`but the completed contract amount is
$290 011.05 and itwas completed on' time.
It is now in order for the Commission to accept t
completed work and authorize final payment, after
:conditions are filet.
