THE. CITY OF MIAMI, AND ACCEPTING THE DEDICATIONS
SHOWN ON SAID PLAT, AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE

has failed to comply with the completion of improvements
to Light Key Tract as required bythe agreement pursuant
to provisions of Chapter 54Section 54-20, The Code of
the City of Miami, Florida,; dated July 5, 1979 between
Light Key, Inc.and the City of <Miami.
This credit shall be available by a draft drawn on Capital Bank at
sight without recourse to the drawer, accompanied by this credit at
the time of presentation. Drafts drawn under this credit must be
