Nicolas be accepted as the most,. advantageous bid tO. the city; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OFTHE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: . - Section 1. The June 20, 1979 bid of C. D. The intent of the bid, was to sell the guns or trade them for new hand guns to be used by the Police Department. The surplus guns included in the sale were used by police officers for many years and are beyond economical repair. None of the bidders offered to trade new hand guns. It is recommended that the award bemade and a resolution be passed accepting the most advantageous bid as received from C. D.
