AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. B8S8,
ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 28, 1978, THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS
ORDINANCE FOR 'ICAL YEAR ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1079, AS
AMENDEO; BY INCREASING THE APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE ENTER.
PRISE FUNDS, ORANGE BOWL BY $30,561, MIAMI STADIUM BY
$25,871; BY DECREASING THE APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE ENTER.
PRISE FUNDS, MARINE STADIUM BY $3,363, MUNICIPAL AUDIT°.
RIUM BY $29,611, COCONUT GROVE EXHIBITION CENTER BY
$23,468; FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE FOR SAID FACILITIES; CONTAINING A
REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND DIS.
PENSING WITH THE REQUIREMENT or READING SAME ON TWO SEPA.
RATE DAYS BY A VOTE OF NOT LESS THAN POUR -FIFTHS or THE
MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION.

WHEREAS, the City Commission adopted Ordinance N6, 8858 on September
28, 1978, establishing revenues and appropriations for the City of Miami,
Plorida, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1979; and
WHEREAS, the Departments of Stadiums and Marinas and of Building and
Vehicle Maintenance have analyzed the Property Maintenance accounts for Enter-
prise Funds facilities; and
WHEREAS, additional requirements and available funding for said
accounts for the 1978-79 fiscal year have been identified as follows:

WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available within the Marine Stadium,
Coconut Grove Exhibition and Municipal Auditorium accounts to meet these
requirements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1, Section 1 of Ordinance No. 8858, adopted September 28,
1978, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows; 1/

sions •are now in effect and remain unchanged. Asterisks indicate omitted
and unchanged material. All figures are rounded to the next dollar.

Section 2. Changes in ,Enterprise Funds totals herein include:
Increases of $30,561 for Orange Bowl and $25,871 for Marine Stadium; decreases
of $3,353 for Marine Stadium, $29,611 for Municipal Auditorium, $23,468 for
Coconut Grove Exhibition Center for the purpose of funding Property Mainte-
nance accounts deficits for said facilities.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances insofar as they
are inconsistent or in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are
hereby repealed.
Section 4. If any section, part of section, paragraph, clause,
phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared invalid the remaining Provi-
sions of this ordinance shall not be affected.
Section 5. The requirement of reading this ordinance on two sepa-
rate days is hereby dispensed with by a vote of not less than four -fifths of
the members of the Commission.
