PRISE FUNDS, ORANGE BOWL BY $30,561, MIAMI STADIUM BY $25,871; BY DECREASING THE APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE ENTER. PRISE FUNDS, MARINE STADIUM BY $3,363, MUNICIPAL AUDIT°. RIUM BY $29,611, COCONUT GROVE EXHIBITION CENTER BY $23,468; FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR PROPERTY MAINTENANCE FOR SAID FACILITIES; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND DIS. PENSING WITH THE REQUIREMENT or READING SAME ON TWO SEPA. RATE DAYS BY A VOTE OF NOT LESS THAN POUR -FIFTHS or THE MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION. 970 WHEREAS, the City Commission adopted Ordinance N6, 8858 on September 28, 1978, establishing revenues and appropriations for the City of Miami, Plorida, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1979; and WHEREAS, the Departments of Stadiums and Marinas and of Building and Vehicle Maintenance have analyzed the Property Maintenance accounts for Enter- prise Funds facilities; and WHEREAS, additional requirements and available funding for said accounts for the 1978-79 fiscal year have been identified as follows: Additional Requirement Orange Bowl Miami Stadium ;and Available Funding $30,561 Marine Stadium $ 3,353 25,871 Municipal Auditorium 29,611 $56,432 Coconut Grove Exhibition Center ' ' 23,468 $56,432 WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available within the Marine Stadium, Coconut Grove Exhibition and Municipal Auditorium accounts to meet these requirements; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1, Section 1 of Ordinance No. 8858, adopted September 28, 1978, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows; 1/ 1/ Words and/or figures stricken through shall be deleted. Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances insofar as they are inconsistent or in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 4. If any section, part of section, paragraph, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared invalid the remaining Provi- sions of this ordinance shall not be affected. Section 5.
