NOT LESS THAN FOUR -FIFTHS OF THE MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION. WHEREAS, the City of Miami adopted Ordinance No. 8858 on September 28, 1978 establishing revenues and appropriations for the City of Miami, Florida for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1979; and WHEREAS, the Finance Department, Purchasing Division, requires an additional $110,000 to fund an increase in FY`78-79 Master Requisitions for office supplies; and WHEREAS, sufficient funds have been appropriated into the General Fund, Departments, Boards, Offices and accounts for said purpose; and WHEREAS, the appropriation for Intragovernmental Service Funds, Purchasing - Central Stores, can be increased by $110,000 from the aforemen- tioned source to fund the increase in Master Requisitions for office supplies; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF tilAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Sections 3 and 6 of Ordinance No. 8858, adopted Septem- ber 28, 1978, as amended, are hereby further amended in the following parti- culars: 11 "Section 3. The following activities, which are carried on for the service convenience of other funds, shall be operated by the pity Manager within the limits of the appropriations provided in the foregoing Departments, Boards, Offices and accounts of the City of Miami and other revenues or receipts which may be received. 1/ Words and/or figures'stricken through shall be deleted.
