A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE HOLDING OF A REFERENDUM ELECTION IN THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AT THE REGULAR ELECTION SCHEDULED FOR NOVEMBER 6, 1979, UPON THE QUESTION OF APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT PROJECT KNOWNAS WATSON ISLAND, AND PERMITTING THE CITY TO ISSUE $55 MILLION IN REVENUE BONDS IN SUPPORT OF THE WATSON SLAND PROJECT.
