Some time ago, the City discussed Channel 23 providing extended promotional
video tapes on the City of Miami to be aired throughout Mexico and the U.S.
on a contingent basis. We have reviewed the material that Channel 23 has
produced, and are satisfied with the product and the response throughout
Mexico, and therefore recommend that the City reimburse Channel 23 in the
amount of $10,000 for their promotional efforts.
