;.,C Resolution Amending Resolution No. 78-620
and Transferring Funds from JESCA(Culmer)
to.JESCA(Coconut Grove)
It is recommended that the City Commission
approve a resolution which amends Resolution
No. 78-620 and authorizes the transfer of
Federal Revenue Sharing Funds ($3,500) from
one of JESCA's Hot Meal Programs (Culmer) to
the other (Coconut Grove).
Each program was originally allocated $36,036 in FY'78-79 Federal
RevenueSharing Funds. However, due to variations; in terms .of the;;,
number:; of meals served at each site, as well, as a temporary problem
'with the agency's caterer, the Coconut Grove Site is expected', to
be overexpended before the fiscal year ends.
•The"Agency has requested thatthis ;transfer be madeto, enableth
Coconut :Grove. Site=to .continue operating`.through the. end of
September', 197.9.
To accomplish this purpose, the resolution authorizes the City Manager
to amend both of JESCA's:'Federal Revenue Sharing Contracts,'by'
decreasing the allocation for:'JESCA (Culmer).;in an,amount:of_$3,500
and by in'creasing JESCA;(Coconut Grove) in: the .amount of $3,500
