IN THE PROPOSED AMOUNT OF $129,922 FOR LITTLE RIVER COMMERCE PARK; ALLOCATING THE AMOUNT OF"$18,773 (2ND YEAR), $50,000 (3RD YEAR), $31,427 (4TH YEAR), $12,500 (5TH YEAR) FEDERAL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUND" AND $17,222 FROM THE "PARKS FOR PEOPLE BOND FUND" TO COVER THE CONTRACT COST; ALLOCATING FROM SAID FUND THE AMOUNT OF $19,488 TO COVER THE COST OF PROJECT EXPENSE; ALLOCATING FROM SAID FUND THE AMOUNT OF $2,590 TO COVER THE COST OF SUCH ITEMS AS ADVERTISING, TESTING LABORATORIES, AND POSTAGE; AND AUTHORIZING. THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH SAID FIRM WHEREAS, sealed bids, were received for LITTLE RIVER COMMERCE PARK; and WHEREAS bid of Miri Construction,:Inc. ,for:'the proposal plus additive items "A" responsible bid and said firm; and WHEREAS, the proposed amount of be allocated from the accounts entitled "2nd, 3rd, 4th, and and "D" is the lowest recommends that a contract be awarded to "DOCUMENT INDEX 5th Years Federal Community Development EchIMAc Grant Fund"; and, WHEREAS, the Capital Improvements Appropriation Ordinance No. 8716, as amended, was adopted on October,26. and monies are available for the proposed amount, rr 1977, the contract, project expense, and incidentals, from the account entitled' "Parks. for People Bond Fund" as set forth under; Section E, Item 7, of said ordinance; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION'OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1.
