The following information is submitted in order to update your packet
of materials for the October 17, 1979 Agenda. Please make the appro-
priate substitutions and additions as indicated below.
Item 1. Additional backup materials regarding the Annual
Appropriations Ordinance including a replacement
for the Emergency Ordinance previously submitted.
This replacement is due to minor typing errors.
Item 21. Resolution and backup material on issuance ofrevenue bonds by the Off -Street Parking Authority.

At the September 27 Commission meeting, representatives from
Bay Heights appeared before the Commission, requesting another
review of the traffic control devices installed in their neigh-
borhood. As a result of the discussion, the Commission directed
the Administration to poll the entire Bay Heights community and
have each of the respective residents vote their preference.
Subsequent to the three suggestions at the Commission meeting,
Ms. Adele Laurence requested the addition of a fourth alternative.
