RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION GRANTING APPROVAL OF THE
VIZCAYA TRANSIT STATION AREA PLAN, AN
ANCILLARY STUDY TO THE MIAMI COMPREHEN-
SIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN, CONCERNING THE
"FIVE POINTS" AREA OF MIAMI GENERALLY
BOUNDED BY S.W. 12TH AVENUE (EXTENDED),
SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY AND S.W. 31ST ROAD,
AS A GUIDE TO CITY DEPARTMENTS AND
AGENCIES, AS HEREINAFTER SET FORTH.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting
•
of June 6, 1979, Item #1., following an advertised hearing,
adopted Resolution 'No. PAB 25...79, by a 4 to 1 vote (2 members
absent), recommending approval of the Vizcaya Transit Station
area plan; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it advisable in the best
interest of the general welfare of the City of /liami and its
inhabitants to grant this approval;
NOW,

plan, an ancillary study to the 1`111.ami_ Comprehensive Neighborhood
Plan, concerning the "Five Points" area of Isliami generally bounded
by
S.W. 12th Avenue (extended), South Dixie Highway and S.W. 3lst
Road, as a guide to City Departments and Agencies, is hereby
granted.
